Because each item is custom printed just for you, we're unable to accept returns for size or preference changes. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun (usually within a few hours of purchase).
