Shipping policy
All Good Dog Department items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
At checkout, you can choose from two shipping methods:
- Economy ($3.99) — U.S. customers only, 4–8 business days transit
- Standard ($4.75) — available worldwide; domestic U.S. delivery in 2–5 business days, international delivery in 10–30 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 6–13 business days for U.S. orders. International orders may take longer — up to 32–35 business days total — due to overseas transit.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility.
